Chocolate Cherry Bliss Boost Smoothie

(makes 2 servings)

Ingredients:

1 cup organic Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
2 cups frozen cherries
1 teaspoon Sillycow farms hot chocolate mix or a mix of cocoa powder and cane sugar
1 teaspoon Acacia Fiber
½ teaspoon Purely-C (a whole food vitamin C complex powder)
¼ cup cold water or almond milk (adjust to desired consistency)
Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

Blend Yogurt, Cherries, and Cocoa: In your blender, combine the Greek yogurt, frozen cherries, and hot cocoa powder. Blend until the cherries and cocoa are fully mixed with the yogurt.
Add Fiber & Purely-C: Sprinkle in the teaspoon of seeds. This small amount adds a nutritional punch without overwhelming the smoothie.
Get the Right Consistency: Pour in a bit of cold water or almond milk. Adjust the amount to get the smoothie as thick or thin as you like.
